Issue: On certain RV trailers and motorhomes, the quick disconnect fittings for the propane (LP) gas system may be defective. As a result, the fittings could crack and leak propane. Safety Risk: A propane gas leak could create the risk of a fire or explosion. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your RV trailer or motorhome to a dealership to replace the quick disconnect fittings on the propane system and perform a leak test.

Label

On certain travel trailers, the certification and tire and loading information labels do not contain correct tire load range and inflation pressure information. The labels incorrectly indicate a tire size of ST225/75R15 with load range C and 345 kPa (50 PSI) inflation pressure while the correct tire load range is D with 448 kPa (65 PSI). As a result, the vehicle may inadvertently be fitted with incorrect replacement tires. Overloaded tires may lead to poor vehicle handling characteristics, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Updated labels will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles, along with instructions for proper installation.
