Left side climate control not working. Dashboard had to be removed in order to find the problem. Problem is a small plastic rod that operates the doors that direct the cold air. It is broken. My mechanic (Walkerton Auto Service) tried to order this part from the Ford dealer but was told that the entire box would have to be replaced. The cost of this part is just under $1600. This seems unreasonable. The plastic part seems in my opinion to be a design flaw. My vehicle has less than 100,000 miles on it. The part plus labor cost will be very expensive and just doesn't seem like a cost that I should be responsible for. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar problem. My vehicle is a 2019 Lincoln nautilus

Exhaust heat shield comes loose. This could cause a grass fire or damage to the car itself posing a potential for injury. This obviously is an engineering flaw that should be looked at and repaired. I looked on line and there are several people that has this problem. My car will be in shop again for this tomorrow.

I purchased my vehicle in October 2024, and on Jan 2025 I begin experiencing jerking, misfiring, car not accelerating and unable to reverse. I reached out to multiple car dealers and they were unable to diagnose the problem. Today, January 21st I took my vehicle of less than a year to Ourisman Lincoln and was informed I needed to replace my 2019 Lincoln Transmission. This is devastating, as I’m unable to afford 9K dollar repair on a vehicle with only 59K miles.

The car will sit and will not start I took it back to dealership after a jump off and it kept starting. The problem is I have keep a jump off cable with me to insure when it won't start I can start it. I seen where the Corsairs are having g same problems and think that Lincoln should also include the Nautilus also. When it happen and gets check out can't find the problem. Please advise

Rear hatch does not open. You can not manually open it from outside or inside. My wife had a flat on the highway and could not change her tire as she could not access it. The hatch as failed on the button on the dash, the remote key fob and the foot opener under bumper. This is so dangerous for safety to exit the car from inside and well as getting to spare tire.

CRUISE WAS SET AT 79 MPH AND THE CAR SHUT DOWN WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION GOING STRAIGHT ON THE INTERSTATE IN THE FAR LEFT LANE. THIS OCCURRED 4 TIMES WITH A LOT OF TRAFFIC, VERY FEARFUL EXPERIENCE. THE CAR DIED WITHOUT ANY WARNING, I ONLY KNEW IT DIED BECAUSE IT STOPPED ACCELERATING. DEALERSHIP HAD IT FOR TWO WEEK FOLLOWING THE INCIDENTS. GAVE IT BACK TO ME EXPLAINED THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE, AND THEN THIS SAME INCIDENT OCCURRED AGAIN ON 12/28/2020, AGAIN, CAUSING FEAR,. THIS VEHICLE IS IN NO WAY SAFE TO BE ON THE ROAD. I AM LUCKY TO BE ALIVE.

DRIVING AND HEARD A LOAD BANG SIMILAR TO A GUNSHOT SOUND, SCARED THE SHI* OUT OF ME. HEARD IT A FEW MORE TIMES AND THEN HAD FRIENDS IN THE CAR AND THE SAME THING. SCARED ALL IN THE CAR AS WELL. SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS COMING FROM THE ROOF/ABOVE ME. FIGURED IT OUT THAT IT IS ONLY WHEN DRIVING FROM ONE LEVEL TO A DIFFERENT LEVEL SURFACE. LIKE DRIVING OUT OF A DRIVEWAY GOING OVER THE LITTLE EDGE TO THE MAIN ROAD SURFACE OR INTO /OUT OF A PARKING LOT. LEVEL/SURFACE ANGLING, THEN THE BANG... LOOKED OVER THE VEHICLE TO FIND A STRESS CRACK IN THE ROOF SURFACE.
