Certain motorhomes built on Ford F-53 and F-59 chassis may have been built with an incorrect shift cable bracket. This could allow the transmission to be shifted into reverse without the brakes being applied, which could increase the risk of unintended vehicle movement, potentially resulting in a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. On certain motorhomes, a damper plate may be missing on the roof air conditioner inside shroud. The damper plate is designed to prevent air flow from the air conditioner from disrupting the propane fuelled range flame. A missing damper could allow airflow from the air conditioner to extinguish the flame. If the range flame goes out, propane could continue to flow and ignite, resulting in a fire and/or explosion, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Corerction: Dealers will install a damper.
On certain vehicles, the Tire Pressure Information Label contains incorrect front and rear tire pressure rating and wheel size information. The correct front tire pressure rating is 95 psi and the rear tire pressure rating is 100 psi. Wheel rim size should be 19.5X6.00 for all wheels. Incorrect tire label and/or rim information may lead to under-inflation of tires and could affect vehicle stability, resulting in a loss of control. A loss of control may result in a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Registered owners will be sent updated labels and instructions on how to correctly affix them.

Certain vehicles were built with an improperly postioned power cable for the power slideout room that may make contact with the driveshaft when the slideout is retracted. If this cable makes contact with the driveshaft, it could wear the protective jacket and insulation off the cable exposing the conductors to the driveshaft and energizing the chassis, which could result in personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will install a driveshaft closeout panel between the chassis frame rails to protect and support the wire harness.

The improper torque may have damaged the castle nut and compromised the integrity of the connection. If the drag link separated from the pitman arm, the driver would loose directional control of the vehicle which could result in a vehicle crash causing injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace and properly torque the castle nuts on all suspect vehicles.

Correction: Dealers will install a diode and ground wire to the auxiliary start solenoid.
On certain recreational vehicles equipped with a Samsung microwave oven, an electrical short can occur in the microwave oven's membrane panel keypad causing the oven to activate without pressing any keypads. This could result in excessive heat, smoke or possibly a fire. Correction: Samsung will notify its customers and repair the membrane panel keypad. In the meantime, consumers should unplug their microwave ovens, if possible. If the consumer is unable to unplug the microwave, they should leave the door ajar until the membrane panel keypad is replaced.
