THERE WAS NO INDICATION ON THE DASHBOARD THAT THE HOOD WAS AJAR. IN DOING SOME RESEARCH, THERE IS A RECALL ON THE SAME YEAR/MAKE/MODEL BUT NONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS VIN. WHILE THE DRIVER AND NO OTHER VEHICLES WERE INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT, THIS ISSUE HAD THE POTENTIAL TO INJURY OR KILL SOMEONE IF THIS HAD HAPPENED ON THE HIGHWAY OR ON A BUSIER ROAD.
