After grocery shopping, I was putting items into the back seat on the floor of the truck. I lifted the seats to allow for more room. I went to push an item to the far side of the truck to allow for more room. During this action, I put my left hand down with my knuckles facing the floor to provide leverage. without realizing where I was putting my hand, I placed the middle segment of my ring finger directly on the edge of the mechanical-jack and put my weight onto it. The jack is not covered and is black (the same color as the carpet). The edge of the jack has sharp burrs. As a result, I was cut across the entire middle segment of my ring finger and slightly on the knuckle of my middle finger.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab RST with the RST select package. The "Chrome-Like" trim inside and outside reflective the sunlight badly and depending on travel direction and Sun position, horrible reflection appears and momentary blinds you. It is very comparable to having the sunlight reflect off a mirror and into the driver's face. There are two different areas of "chrome-like" trim in the middle of the dash that shine directly into your face, occasionally it will shine and reflect into the driver's side rear view mirror and place and line across the mirror, which impedes the viewing through the mirror. The reflection also occurs off the Chevrolet symbol off the middle of the steering wheel, this one is not as bad as the others, but still annoying. The reflection various and the pictures don't show how intense and bad it really is. The Chrome "Turbomax" emblem was removed from the hood because that would reflect and shine back into the truck. Is there anyway to pass new rules to stop having highly reflective materials on the interior and exteriors of vehicles.

THE FIN ANTENNA ON TOP OF THE TRUCK HAS COME LOOSE, I GOT A CONTINOUS MESSAGE FOR THE LAST 2= MONTHS. SERVICE EMERGANCY CALLING MY TRUCK IS 6 MONTHS OLD NOW, BUT THIS HAPPENED 2 MONTHS AGO. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP, FRIENDLY CHEVORLET WHERE I BOUGHT IT. TECH GUY SAYS I MUST HAVE HIT SOMETHING. I CALLED GMC AND ASKED ABOUT PRODUCT DEFECT, WAS TOLD THATS NOT THE CASE.I ORDERED A NEW ANTENNA 4-12 26 GMC HAS NONE IN STOCK WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIE VE THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM. I can look on phone, computer, or other digital ways to find info. Or sit in my car and use a tank of gas+ trying to find info on vehicle computer, if it is even there?

I purchased my new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck on 12/04/2025 from CMA Chevrolet in [XXX] . When the truck was delivered, there was no owner's manual with the truck. I recently found that there was a recall associated with this issue. It is XXX. I thought that maybe manuals were now online. When I read the recall, it said that it is federal law that one be issued with each new vehicle. My VIN is not part of the recall. I contacted my salesman and he said that their parts department said that sometimes the manufacturer, GM, puts out VINs in blocks. This does not make sense. How does a manufacturer know something that they did not do?? I would like my VIN added to the list of vehicles that are affected by this recall. AT 150 MILES ON THE ODEMETER THE TPM LIGHT CAME ON I PULLED OFF THE HIGHWAY, GOT OUT AND CHECKED ALL 4 TIRES. NOT NOTICING ANY ISSUES I GOT BACK ON THE HIGHWAY AND TURNED ON THE STEREO. THE SPEAKERS SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE BLOWN APART. STATIC AND THE SOUND OF MUFFLED VIBRATIONS. I DROVE TO MY INTENDED DESTINATION AND TURNED OFF THE TRUCK. AFTER FINISHING MY BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION I STARTED THE TRUCK AND THE TPM LIGHT WAS NOT ILUMINATED. THIS IS A HIGE SAFTY ISSUE. AS A FIREFIGHTER PARAMEDIC I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN DEAD AND MULATED PEOPLE THAT STOPED ON THE HIGHWAY AND GOT OUT TO CHECK THERE VEHICLE AND WERE STRUCK BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THIS ISSUE IS GOING TO CAUSE PEOPLE TO IMMEADIATLY STOP AND GET OUT OF THERE VEHICLE THINKING THERE IS A FLAT TIRE. THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A COMPUTER GLITCH IN THE 2026 CHEVEROLET SILVERADO 1500 SERIES.
