Under certain conditions, this could cause the 12 V DC electrical system not to work properly (including the carbon monoxide and propane gas detector). If this happens, you would not be alerted if there was a buildup of propane gas and/or carbon monoxide inside the trailer. Note: This recall affects trailers with a SolarFlex 200 or 400i system. Safety Risk: A buildup of propane gas inside the trailer could create the risk of an explosion or fire. A buildup of carbon monoxide could result in carbon monoxide poisoning. Corrective Actions: Keystone will notify owners by mail and give you directions for how to use the VictronConnect app to check the battery voltage. On certain travel trailers, one inch plug-in circuit breakers (single & double pole 15 - 50 amps) may have a non-conforming "spring clip" plug-in assembly that breaks or fails to provide sufficient force to maintain a proper electrical connection in the panel board. Over time, this condition could lead to excessive temperature, arcing, or thermal damage at the connection point, and potential damage to the electrical insulation of the panel board. This could lead to a fire, property damage, or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and remove all affected breakers from the distribution panel, and replace them with new breakers.

On certain fifth wheel and travel trailers, the Federal Identification Label and the Tire & Loading Information Label do not contain correct Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) and/or Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) information. The labels indicate a GAWR of 7,000 lbs per axle but instead should read 6,840 lbs. On 302 model trailers, the GVWR is indicated as 16,365 lbs instead of 16,045 lbs. And, on 322 model trailers, the GVWR is listed as 16,560 lbs instead of 16,240 lbs. Loading the vehicle beyond the actual GAWR and/or GVWR could result in poor vehicle handling characteristics, increasing the risk of a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Updated labels will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles along with instructions for proper installation.
