The vehicle needs a complete engine replacement due to a coolant intrusion issue. The safety of myself and my family are of my utmost concern. Overheating of the system can cause sudden engine stalling, catastrophic power loss at highway speeds, a risk of collision, and toxic vapor exposure inside the vehicle. Furthermore, A leaking heater core vents sweet-smelling but toxic antifreeze vapors into the passenger compartment and prolonged breathing of heated glycol fumes can trigger dizziness, headaches, and nausea for the driver. All of which I have recently suffered from. I have taken the car back to the original dealership and was advised that I would need a new engine. The engine light came on and the coolant started spiking into the red which led me to take the car in for diagnostic testing.

The rear camera recall is many many months overdue for a fix. My rear camera hasn’t worked probably in almost a year. Neither The dealership nor Ford have provided updates.

The vehicle was recalled. I took the vehicle to the dealer where it was purchased. It was serviced. The engine issue was addressed, so we thought. The repair/replacement parts did not remedy the issue, despite it being in the shop for over 6 months. The problem persists. It is overheating in a 5 minute drive. The local service department is saying there is no other remedy. They keep asking we bring it in for another diagnosis, but the problem is the same as the 47,000 other vehicles that have been recalled by this same issue. We purchased the car and have not been able to use it.

I have been noticing that when my rear camera goes out that it takes out the heater controls, the maps and the radio and my screen goes totally blank, is this another issue or is it all related. Thank you.

When placing the vehicle in Reverse, the camera image is distorted. This problem happens intermittently but when it does, I am unable to view any potential hazards as I back up.

On my 2019 Lincoln MKC, which has 53,000 miles, the weather adhesive on one side of the moon/sunroof has come loose. The entire assembly is nearly detached, and I suspect this is a manufacturing defect, considering the car is relatively new and has low mileage. While I was driving on the highway, the roof could have come completely loose and potentially hit someone, which raises significant safety concerns regarding this manufacturer issue.

In June of 2023, a potential fire recall was issued. Contacted two dealerships, was told no parts available. In August 2023, a second notice regarding fire (whether car is running or parked). Called dealer and was told “no parts yet, out on wait list, no idea when parts will come in.” Called several times.

VEHICLE SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. THE ERROR MESSAGE "THE VEHICLE HAS SHUT DOWN" APPEAREDIN ON THE DASHBOARD. HAD THERE BEEN A TRANSPORT TRAILER BEHIND US, WE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOING NOTHING FOR US. VERY DISAPPOINTING AS MY MOTHER NOW HAS TO DRIVE A VEHICLE THAT SHE IS AFRAID TO DRIVE. THIS CAR IS UNSAFE!

WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE (SINCE 02/02/19), THERE IS A CONSTANT VIBRATION THAT FEELS LIKE I'M DRIVING ON RUMBLE STRIPS OVER NEWLY PAVED ROADS. WHEN ON PATCHED ROADS, THE VEHICLE SHAKES SO VIOLENTLY, THAT IT FEELS LIKE THE VEHICLE IS GOING TO FALL APART. NO PICS TO SHOW OR SOUND FROM THE VEHICLE. THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE TRIPS THE DEALERSHIP, WHO INITIALLY REPORTED IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH FLAT SPOTS IN THE TIRES, HOWEVER, AFTER THEY WE CHANGED (WITH TIRES FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE ON THE LOT) THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. THE NEXT REASON WAS 'THAT THE VIBRATION WAS INTRINSIC TO THE VEHICLE.' THE DEALER HAS 'REBALANCED THE TIRES MULTIPLE TIMES' WHICH ONLY CHANGES THE SPEED AT WHICH THE VIBRATION IS FELT THE GREATEST. THE RANGE OF SPEED IS 25-50, IS LESS INTENSE FROM 50-60, AND RESUMES INTENSITY FROM 60+.
