Windshield wipers not working properly. Wipers barely move, then seize up. No warning. Requires manual help/ movement by hand to get them to return to the bottom of windscreen. Was pouring rain and could not see out of windshield on the highway. I have not taken the vehicle to service yet - but this appears to be a widespread complaint when researching the issue online.

The Windshield Wipers are malfunctioning, and the windshield washer motor doesn't work. you cannot adjust the speed of the Windshield Wipers. My safety concern is that the Windshield Wipers can come on at anytime and can shut off in any position on the Windshield which limits my visibility. It has been diagnosed by Joe Machens Capital City Ford Company, Invoice # [XXX] Phone# 573-634-4444 Service Direct# 573-994-2909. It is currently not under a recall, I feel the 2020 F-150 Ford Trucks should be included in this Windshield Wiper Malfunction. { UNKNOWN } Warnings or Messages? The windshield wiper did not shut off anymore Ever 20 seconds it went back and forth once. After searching the internet I found 100s of links related to the same issue with Ford vehicles and the Multifunction switch mounted on the steering wheel. I consider this a safety issue because people try to fix the wiping issue while driving. Also being on the road it could cause damage to the windshield wiping in a dry environment. Dust and debris can scratch the screen over time and inhibit a clear vision while driving. Looking at several videos it seams that the multifunction switch contacts are prone to corrosion inside the driver cabinet of the vehicle. Going from Hot in the sun 130 degree F + to 65 Degree F. The switch connection and contacts are not sealed and open to condensation, creating a corrosive environment.

Drivers Side Wiper Blade Arm has detached and flew off during use in a rainstorm. I was able to retrieve the wiper blade arm from the road. There is nothing holding it tight on the round silver cylinder it seats on to. I am able to lift the arm straight off the round cylinder it should be locking to. This is not safe and will happen again. I have seen other year F150 recalled for this issue. Is my 2020 F150 going to be included.

VISIBILITY:SUN/MOON ROOF ASSEMBLY

The sunroof will leak through both the rear passanger seatbelt assembly which could damage the integrity of the seatbelt and/or seatbelt mount. Additionally, water will come out of the microphone/sunroof controls above the driver, which can cause the driver to become distracted and/or momentarily visually impaired. There are multiple posts in forums about this issue and I think it should be addressed by the NHTSA.
