ON JUNE 2ND 2026, the air conditioning in my 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe failed without warning. The system began blowing warm air instead of cold air, making the vehicle uncomfortable to drive. At the same time, I noticed that both front ventilated (cooled) seats had also stopped working. Although the seat cooling indicator lights illuminated when activated, the seats did not produce any cooling. I called to schedule an appt and took the vehicle to the dealership for diagnosis and repair on june 4, 2026. The dealership determined that the A/C condenser had failed and replaced it. I was advised that the repair had been completed, and I picked up the vehicle believing the issue had been resolved. Shortly after the repair, it became apparent that the problems had not been fully corrected. While the air conditioning initially appeared to function, the ventilated seats continued to provide no cooling despite appearing to operate normally. This marked the beginning of an ongoing series of HVAC-related failures that ultimately required multiple return visits to the dealership.

I purchased this car previously owned. As I’ve had to drive it everyday. I notice the tires/wheels when turning left or right, when parking …the wheels tend to lock then I must put in muscle to turn and return to a straight position. This has gotten worse to the point I almost ended up on a curb last week. Someone needs to check this vehicle because something is wrong. I keep impuestos with the maintenance but this locking of tires/wheels and then the constant shudder afterwards is dangerous. I’m appalled there is no recall or at the very least a free diagnostic or inspection at a dealer. I already told my family to sue if I die or get hurt in this Tahoe. Totally unacceptable

2016 Chevrolet Tahoe Pueblo, CO

SEATS

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe on March 8, 2026, in [XXX] . After the sale, I discovered that the vehicle has serious undisclosed safety defects, including evidence that the airbag (Supplemental Restraint System) had previously deployed and was not properly repaired or restored to working condition, and were actually cut and removed from the vehicle and glued and covered up. This defect was not disclosed prior to purchase and represents a significant safety hazard. It is available for inspection. This put my safety and others at risk because if I had not noticed that the airbag system was not working and was removed and if I had been in a wreck who knows the injuries that me or somebody else could have sustained. The problem has not been confirmed or reproduced by anybody other than me I have physical documentation pictures and diagnostic reports showing the issue. The vehicle has not been inspected by police manufacturer or insurance as of yet but will be completed in the very near future. There was an airbag warning light on on the dash of the vehicle when I purchased it my assumption that it was just an error or a warning since I knew that the vehicle had been in a minor incident but I would’ve never thought that all of the airbags would’ve been cut out and hidden in the vehicle. Through my own investigation, I also located what appears to be the seller’s Facebook Marketplace account, where he has dozens of vehicles listed under a personal profile. This suggests he may be operating as an unlicensed vehicle dealer (curbstoning) and potentially selling multiple vehicles with undisclosed defects. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly by sending a formal demand letter and allowing time for response, but the seller has failed to respond or offer any resolution and has ceased communication. I have documentation and evidence including photos, videos, messages, and screenshots of vehicle listings that support these claims. 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Berea, OH

SEATS

The vehicle has service driver assistance system warning. The seat vibration is not working and I believe there are issues with the sensor and or harness. There have been recalls on previous years of this vehicle for the same thing. There have been a wave of these lately, according to the dealership working on the vehicle. Parts availability is currently low because of this resulting in longer repair times. This is a key safety feature of the vehicle and must be repaired quickly. Unsuspecting users may expect warnings before collisions that may not happen.

The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked with the second-row captain seats folded into the cargo position, while placing the seat in the seating position, the headrest failed to lock into the upright position. The contact stated that while an adolescent child was seated in the seat, the headrest poked her in the back of the head. The contact stated that the headrest was unsafe and failed to operate as designed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed, and it was determined that an unknown part needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Yorktown Heights, NY

SEATS

The head rest in the third row seat is broken and will not remain in the up position when the seat is up. This is causing a safety risk in that there is no safety for passengers in a rear end collision. There is already a recall that Chevrolet has issued for other Tahoe vehicles; however, my VIN number has not been added to that recall. I am requesting to have my vehicle's VIN number added to the already existing recall.

2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Upper Marlboro, MD

SEATS

The sliding center console/armrest in my 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe moves too easily and does not remain securely locked in place when fully extended forward. Even light pressure, such as when a passenger or driver rests an elbow, can cause it to shift suddenly. This can startle the driver and cause a momentary loss of focus, creating a safety hazard while the vehicle is in motion. When the console is fully extended forward, it should lock in position. In my vehicle, it often fails to stay locked, allowing unintended movement in each direction. This happens during normal driving conditions and can be triggered accidentally by an occupant’s elbow or arm. The sudden movement is distracting, especially at highway speeds, and could contribute to an unsafe driving situation. GM issued TSB PIE0677B in April 2022 describing this exact condition (“Power Floor Console Armrest will not lock in place and/or console lid slides back and forth freely”), indicating they are aware of the defect. However, there has been no recall. Given the potential for distraction and loss of control, this should be addressed as a safety recall.

I bought my 2003 Chevy Tahoe used and as is at a dealership for $10,000. Yes, I've been robbed. The truck is in great LOOKING condition. Has a little bit of superficial dings and a couple dents but overall exterior is great. Interior isn't shabby. Has wear on the driver's seat but not bad. The first thing that happened, I was on my way to work at 4 in the morning, turned on right blinker to change lanes, about blinded the guy in front of me with high beam lights. I thought I had bumped the switch, I took the right to get off at my exit I was more mindful. Definitely not a me thing. The high beam came on with the right blinker. So, the next thing. CD player runs continuously without a disc in. I cannot put a disc in. There may be discs already in there, it is a 6 disc changer, but it will not play. The radio has a mind of its own. Plays what it wants at anytime its on. My husband drove it, tried to adjust the driver's seat and all it did was growl at him. It doesn't move except forward and back. My speedometer had a glitch one time. I was driving at 35mph and it showed 60mph. I turned it off, then back on, hasn't done that again. My heater works but it's difficult to change the individual temp settings. Almost as if the push buttons are worn inside or have a bad connection. The air conditioner only works when I'm on the freeway and not in stop and go traffic. The first time I turned on the AC, it blew all hot air for longer than 10 minutes. Halfway home I turned it on again but kept the button in off setting, I have cold air. There is a loud popping underneath when I turn left. Also, dropped into 4H driving down the highway at 65mph. Thought I was going to die. I have to drive in auto all wheel because the buttons are messed up. In 2H or 4H I get 4L. It is a mess. The dash is confused. 4 wheel does not go in easily, It bangs when it goes in and comes out. It really isn't safe but I was soaked on the price, I am female and first purchase. Should have bought a Ford
