I honestly believe this has to do with me being discriminated by people even emergency dispatch and police from the city of Inglewood , this is not the first time my car gets tampered with, but to start I already had felt something was off with the vehicle because I was parked and it accelerated all of a sudden last night of 03/24/26 then today on 03/25/26 i was on the freeway on my way to work then I felt something wasnt how the last time I drove it then it accelerated all of sudden and some setting on my car where changed so I returned home I didn’t want to risk my life or anybody else’s so i took pictures of the miles 114199 and how the cars is in case someone tries to take it and cause and incident & tries to cause and organized crime so I can get into trouble

When i drive my 2011 Chrysler 200 , When i got weight or put passengers in the back seats or weight in the trunk the rear of car sways or make excessive jerks to the right and left, even on dry surfaces . Also , makes a loud cracking or popping sounds even when it is a small bump . It feels like the rearend is falling out . All i know is i've had it checked at 4 different places and they haven't been able to find any problems . This is a situation that could cause me to be in a serious accident or worse could cause fatalities !!!!!!!!! I 've also had this aligned and this still continues to happen everytime I drive this vehicle !!!!!

My vehicle has an open safety recall related to defective headrests. The dealership never contacted me to perform the recall repair, and the headrests were never replaced. Mopar issued an extended warranty for this defect, but the dealership is now refusing coverage claiming it expired. The defect is now occurring, creating a safety risk, and the recall remedy was never completed through no fault of my own.

The car is constantly needs a jump start , and the pedal will not accelerate. I have had multiple diagnosis and they don’t know what it is- the cruise control component comes on at the beginning of the jump start until the car runs. Auto Zone and Midas has checked the battery, alternator, did a draw and they can’t find the issue. When driving the pedal will not accelerate- may have to pull over, and restart- then it works, until you disengage the car. They charged me over 30,000.00 dollars for this vehicle and I’m still paying on it and I can’t even drive it because I feel unsafe, especially with the pedal. It’s too cold to get up and jump start a car every morning. I’m paying 460.54 every month for a car that I don’t know that’s wrong with it- I purchase a warranty and though I didn’t hit the mileage they said it expired because it was for three years. This should be illegal. I really need to drive to get things done. There’s no lights coming to indicate a problem, please assist. it kept [XXX] cutting off and the cruise control, then it stopped. Tried to connect with Chrysler they said they were backed up, only speed issues, like accelerating faster than the mileage, now since it got cold - it won’t even crank up without a jump start, but all things checked and the mechanics can’t find the reason saying it’s electrical. The 2 recalls R-24 and R-55 were both supposedly fixed at the hunt Chrysler in Franklin ky but my vehicle is still shifting up into neutral randomly I almost got hit because I was pulling out of a stop sign and the car stalled and went into neutral and I was stuck in the middle of the road and luckily nobody was coming so I had time to restart the car and get out of the way but the recall work they did was not done correctly otherwise they would have not called and said my car was ready to be picked up. Then they hung up on me when I called to see what I needed to do about getting my car back in to be fixed correctly and they literally hung up and refused to do their job and ensure that my vehicle is safe by correctly performing the recall work that Chrysler sent them to do. I looked it up and the step by step guide is online and they did not follow Chryslers guidelines or standards and I want answers please.

The uconnect/radio is off and it is available for inspection. In some extreme cases, a malfunctioning radio could potentially interfere with other critical vehicle functions, creating a safety hazard. Also it interferes with my A/C & only blows hot air when it chooses to work. It hasn’t been expected by the manufacturer, it’s only been expected audio tech & mechanics & stated they can’t detect the problem. There was no warning signs just a complete shut off & never turned on again
