They have yet to repair this recall even though a remedy has been available. I have asked multiple times at my dealer and they always have a reason they can’t do it. They text me one time and never set the appointment. I have called and called and even went in. I asked at my oil change and at first they said yes but then they said they couldn’t check because “it would take all day and they did not have the time”. I went in at 8:15 or 9:15am. I even called after I made my oil change appointment and verified on the phone they can check for the recall that day and they said yes. But changed it when I showed up. I haven’t heard back since then. Here is the recall information; Manufacturer Recall Number26S30 NHTSA Recall Number26V268 They also have yet to notify me of the second recall on the vehicle causing engine fires. I only found out because I have a news app and saw an article. I have the Ford app and it “alerts me to recalls” but I’ve found out about every recall from the news not Ford until months after. Why aren’t they notifying customers promptly?

Description On your vehicle, it may be possible that one or more engine camshaft roller finger followers were not properly installed at the time of engine assembly. Safety Risk An improperly installed engine camshaft roller finger follower may result in engine failure, resulting in a no-start condition or a loss of motive power. A loss of motive power increases the risk of a crash. Your vehicle may also experience engine ticking or tapping noise, and or a low-volume oil leak due to this condition. Remedy A remedy is not yet available. Ford Motor Company is working to provide parts for this repair. When the remedy becomes available, Ford Motor Company will notify you via mail to schedule a service appointment with your dealer for repairs to be completed free of charge. The remedy is anticipated to be available 4TH quarter of 2026. Next Steps Contact your dealer for more information to schedule the free service. NOTE: Recall service not available right now. 3 separate safety-related components have failed on my 2021 Ford Bronco, all of which correspond to open federal safety recalls that remain unremedied: 1. Infotainment/APIM Module & Backup Camera System (Recall Campaign 26V124): my infotainment screen fails to turn on, particularly in high-temperature conditions. When this occurs, the rearview/backup camera is completely non-functional. The vehicle displays no image when in reverse gear, eliminating all camera-assisted visibility behind the vehicle. This directly matches the conditions described in Recall 26V124, issued March 4, 2026. No remedy has been provided. 2. Digital Instrument Cluster / Dashboard: my digital dashboard intermittently fails to illuminate at vehicle startup. This occurs randomly and without warning. When it fails, the driver cannot see critical safety information including current speed, fuel level, engine temperature, or any warning indicators. Video documentation of this failure exists. This component is available for inspection upon request. 3. Low Pressure Fuel Pump (Recall Campaign 25V455): my vehicle has stalled on multiple occasions while in motion. During stall events, all dashboard warning lights illuminate simultaneously. This is consistent with the fuel delivery failure described in Recall 25V455, issued July 8, 2025, which states the fuel pump can fail causing loss of fuel pressure and an engine stall while driving. No remedy has been provided since the recall was issued in July 2025 (~9 months ago). All components are available for inspection upon request. However, the authorized Ford dealership in the area has refused to accept the vehicle for service or inspection, citing parts unavailability. Engine stall while in motion. my vehicle has stalled multiple times while being driven. The driver works as a real estate agent and regularly transports clients in this vehicle. The engine has stalled with passengers present. A sudden engine stall while driving results in immediat

NHTSA complaint #11731407 — an unverified report by a vehicle owner.
I am reporting unresolved safety recalls and unreasonable delay in repair for my 2023 Ford Bronco (VIN: [XXX] ). This vehicle currently has two open safety recalls issued by Ford Motor Company • NHTSA Recall 25V721 (issued October 2025) – seat frame defect that may increase injury risk in a crash. There is currently no available remedy, and Ford has notified me that a repair is not expected until April 2027. • NHTSA Recall 26V124 (issued March 2026) – APIM defect that may overheat and cause the rearview camera to fail while reversing, increasing crash risk. In addition, this vehicle has had prior recalls (25V025 and 25V273) that remained unresolved for extended periods. One of these recalls had no available repair for approximately 10 months. These recalls affect critical safety systems including suspension, rear visibility, and seat safety. The delay for Recall 25V721 is expected to exceed 18 months, which I believe is an unreasonable delay for a safety recall repair. Ford has continued issuing new recalls while prior recalls were still unresolved, indicating a pattern of repeated safety defects and delayed remedies. Due to these active recalls, I have been unable to use my vehicle commercially. Rental platforms such as Turo prohibit listing vehicles with open safety recalls. This has resulted in financial losses exceeding $80,000. This situation forces consumers to choose between operating a vehicle with known safety defects or suffering significant financial loss due to lack of repair availability. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate whether Ford is complying with its obligation to provide timely safety recall remedies and whether delays of this length are reasonable. I am submitting this complaint regarding an open safety recall on my vehicle, NHTSA Recall 25V721 (Manufacturer Recall 25SB5), which has been active since October 29, 2025. As of today, the recall remains incomplete and the manufacturer states that no remedy or parts are available, with no estimated timeline provided. The recall involves a potential issue where a front seat frame height-adjust pivot bolt may loosen or dislodge, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. According to the manufacturer, this condition may not be identifiable without an incident or collision. My concern is that: 1.The recall has been open for over three months with no interim remedy, inspection protocol, or mitigation guidance offered to owners. 2.The manufacturer has not provided clear written guidance on whether the vehicle is considered safe for continued operation while awaiting the remedy, beyond stating that parts are unavailable. 3.Owners are left in a prolonged state of uncertainty, despite the recall being classified as safety-related. 4.The lack of interim guidance or remedy availability is causing financial and practical hardship, as vehicles with open safety recalls are restricted from certain lawful uses, even when no symptoms are present. I am requesting that NHTSA review whether the manufacturer’s delay in providing a remedy—or interim safety guidance—meets expectations for timely resolution of a safety recall. I am also requesting that NHTSA encourage the manufacturer to provide either: •An interim inspection or mitigation procedure, or •Clear guidance on vehicle operability and risk while awaiting the final remedy. Thank you for your review of this matter.

See attached document for complaint. Dear Ford Motor Company, NHTSA Officials, and Lindsay Ford of Wheaton: I am the registered owner of a 2022 Ford vehicle, XXXXX. I am in receipt of NHTSA Safety Recall Notice 22S72 (dated November 2025, enclosed herein), which states in part: "Vehicle identification Number (VIN): [partial VIN redacted] ... This recall applies to vehicles which may have a defective motor assembly that can cause sudden loss of power, stalling, or fire risk while driving. Until parts are available, Ford recommends parking the vehicle outdoors and away from structures." I am terrified to drive this vehicle. The recall explicitly warns of fire risk, sudden power loss, and inability to restart, all life-threatening conditions. Ford admits no remedy is currently available, and the interim instruction to park outdoors is not a fix; it is an admission that the vehicle is unreasonably dangerous. My Legal Rights Under Federal and State Law: NHTSA Authority (49 CFR § 577.5) "The manufacturer shall remedy the defect or noncompliance without charge when the vehicle is presented for remedy." 1. Ford has failed to provide a timely remedy and instead issued a "park outside" advisory, which does not eliminate the hazard. 2. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.) Ford's express and implied warranties of safety and merchantability have been breached. A vehicle that can catch fire or stall without warning is not fit for its ordinary purpose (safe transportation). 3. Maryland Lemon Law / UCC § 2-314 (Implied Warranty of Merchantability) A known fire hazard renders the vehicle defective and unmerchantable. I have a right to revocation of acceptance and replacement or refund. 4. Ford's Own Recall Language The notice states: "If you are not comfortable driving your vehicle, contact your dealer. "I am not comfortable. I am afraid for my life and my family's safety. I am copying the dealership as well. DEMAND FOR RELIEF: Within seven (7) business days of receipt of this letter, I demand: 1. A

THE SEAT PAN UNDER THE SEAT TRACKS HAS CRACKED IN MY 1990 BRONCO WITH CAPTAIN CHAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION WHEN THIS HAPPENED ON A PUBLIC PAVED STREET, AND COMING TO A NORMAL STOP. BACK IN OCTOBER 1990, I RECEIVED SAFETY PROGRAM NUMBER (B(93) ABOUT THIS POTENTIAL PROBLEM. I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP OF PURCHASE, JOHN FOSTER FORD, UPON RECEIPT OF THE NOTIFICATION. I DO NOT LET ANY SAFETY ISSUES GO. THEY LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE AND DID NOT MAKE THE REPAIR. BECAUSE THE VEHICLE IS SO KINDLY DRIVEN IT HAS TAKEN MANY YEARS FOR THE FLAW IN THE FORD SEAT PAN DESIGN TO DEVELOP. I SPOKE WITH FORD AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 800 NUMBER AGAIN TODAY AND HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER AND THEY REFUSE TO PERFORM THE REPAIR OR ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN THE SAFETY PROGRAM. I STILL HAVE THE LETTER AND ORIGINAL ENVELOPE FOR WHICH IT CAME. THERE SHOULD BE A RECORD OF THE INITIAL INSPECTION CHARGE DONE BY THE DEALERSHIP IN SOME COMPUTER RECORD WHEN THEY TURNED IN THEIR INSPECTION CLAIM, BUT THEY DO NOT OR AT LEAST WILL NOT ADMIT TO IT. THERE APPEARS TO BE A COMPUTER ISSUE WITH MY VIN, BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THE REPAIR WAS NOT PERFORMED AND I HAVE DEMONSTRATED WITH THE SECOND SAFETY NOTICE ON THE IGNITION SWITCH (FSA 95S28) THAT I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT THE VEHICLE INTO THE DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR AT WHICH TIME THEY ALSO DID NOT MAKE THE SEAT PAN REPAIR ON NOVEMBER 22, 1996. I HAVE COPIES OF THAT NOTICE AND THE BENSON FORD DEALERSHIP (SAME DEALERSHIP LOCATION, DIFFERENT OWNER) INVOICE TO PROVE I AM DILIGENT ABOUT SUCH MATTERS. ALL I AM LOOKING FOR IS TO FORD TO RECOGNIZE THAT THIS DESIGN FLAW WAS RELEVANT TO MY VEHICLE AND MAKE THE REPAIR, ESPECIALLY SINE NOW THE SEAT PAN HAS ABOUT AN 8 INCH CRACK.

CRACKED SEAT MOUNTS ON FLOOR BOARD. 1990 BRONCO, BUCKET SEATS, HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE 89-90 BRONCOS WITH CAPTIANS CHAIRS, THE FLOOR BOARD CRACKS AROUND THE BOLTS. THIS MAKES THE FRONT SEATS WOBBLE, BOUNCE, AND MOVE, INCREASING THE STRESS ON THE FLOOR PAN, UNTILL THE FLOOR PAN BREAKS AND THE BOLT NO LON GET HOLDS ANYTHING. EXISTING RECALL FOR MODELS WITH CAPTIANS CHAIR, DO NOT APPLY TO BUCKET SEATS, IT NEEDS TO BE EXPANDED OR A NEW RECALL PUT OUT. THIS IS VERY UNSAFE, AND IS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, ATTACHED IMAGES SHOW NO RUST OR OTHER CORROSION THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THIS.

1994 FORD BRONCO DRIVER SEAT (BUCKET) BACK FRAME HAS BROKEN. HAVE SPOKEN TO NUMEROUS SOURCES THAT ALL CLAIM THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE. WAS ADVISED NOT TO REPLACE WITH BRONCO SEAT, THAT ALL HAVE EITHER ALREADY FAILED OR WILL FAIL EVENTUALLY. THAT SOUNDS TERRIBLY UNSAFE, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH.

FLOOR PAN UNDER DRIVERS SEAT HAS CRACKED WHERE THE SEAT IS ATTACHED IN 1990 BRONCO. CAUSES SEAT TO SHIFT, SINK AND BOUNCE AND NOT FEEL SECURE TO VEHICLE.
