Fraudulently sold vehicle from Janovich Auto in Omaha, Ne. That does not have correct or proper documentation on vehicles history. Dealership purchased vehicle in New York. And sold it to me in Nebraska. With showing me history and suspect them bring it to Nebraska with proper legal documention.

EMISSIONS CONTROL, I COPIED THIS FROM ANOTHER BECAUSE IT IS MY EXACT SAME PROBLEM. FORD NEEDS TO FIX THIS BY THE KNOWN ISSUES. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TO GET FIXED UNDER WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A TSB, I WAS WRONG. WANTED TO CHARGE $281 JUST TO PULL THE CODE EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY DID AND TOLD THEM THAT THIS WAS MY EXACT PROBLEM. IN 2018 FORD EXTENDED THE WARRANTY PERIOD ON THEIR DEF HEATERS. THE WARRANT INCLUDED 2011, 2012 F250 THRU F550. THE WARRANT ALSO INCLUDED 2013, 2014, 2015 F 450 AND F 550 BUT EXCLUDED THE F250 AND F 350. IN RESEARCHING THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM, I SEE A NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING THIS EXACT ISSUE WITH THE 2015 F 250 AND F 350. ALL OF THESE VEHICLES USE THE EXACT SAME 6.7 POWER STROKE DIESEL MOTOR AND I WOULD THINK THE DEF SYSTEMS ARE SIMILAR IF NOT IDENTICAL. FORD SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THE 2013, 2014, AND 2015 F 250 AND F 350 IN THE WARRANTY THEY EXTENDED TO 11 YEARS. I HAVE OWNED TWO 2015 F 250 DIESEL TRUCKS AND BOTH HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE DEF SYSTEMS. MY TRUCK CURRENTLY HAS 106,000

AT JUST OVER 100000 MILES, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CODE P20BA CAME ON, REDUCTANT HEATER, TURN OUT AS IT IS AN F250 ITS NOT COVERED, BUT F450 AND F550 ARE. ALSO AS AIR TEMPERATURES ARE IN HIGH 80F, THE HEATER IS NOT REQUIRED. NOW EMISSIONS ARE NOT MEETING THE SPECIFICATIONS AND TRUCK COMPLETES MORE REGENS TO STAY CLEAN, INCREASING CHANCE OF HEATING NEARBY ITEMS (STRAW, GRASS AND HOUSEHOLD STRUCTURE) POTENTIALLY STARTING FIRES. THE REGENS OCCUR DURING HIGHWAY TRAVEL AND THE HEATING AFFECTS SURROUNDING AREA WHEN PARKED

ENGINE

I WAS HEADING FROM CIBOLO, TX TO KINGSVILLE, TX. (DISTANCE 181 MILES) UPON ARRIVING AT DESTINATION I SHUT DOWN MY TRUCK. AFTER APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR, I STARTED MY TRUCK AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I CONNECTED MY OBD READER AND IT IDENTIFIED THE FAULT CODE P21B0 (I DID NOT CLEAR ANY CODES). FROM MY RESEARCH IT RELATES TO THE 'REDUCTANT LEVEL SENSOR 'C' CIRCUIT HIGH'. AFTER RESEARCHING MORE INFORMATION I STARTED LOOKING THROUGH THE INFORMATION CENTER UNDER THE VEHICLE SETTING AND NOTICED THE DEF LEVEL WAS BELOW HALF (I NEVER GOT A POP UP OR NOTIFICATION FROM THE INFORMATION CLUSTER). IN THE PAST THE INFORMATION CLUSTER WOULD DISPLAY THE LEVEL NOTIFICATION WITHOUT AN ENGINE LIGHT COMING ON. THIS TIME IT DID NOT. I PURCHASED SOME DEF AND FILLED THE TANK. IT ONLY TOOK TWO GALLONS OF DEF. THE ENGINE LIGHT REMAINED ON THE REST OF THE DAY DRIVING AROUND AFTER FILLING THE DEF TANK AND THE DEF 'BELOW HALF' NOTIFICATION ALSO REMAINED ON. THE NEXT MORNING I STARTED THE TRUCK AND THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS OFF AND THE DEF 'BELOW HALF' NOTIFICATION WAS GONE.

VEHICLE IS 34 MONTHS OLD WITH 47,000 MILES. RADIATOR HAS TO BE REPLACED DUE TO LEAK IN THE LEFT FRONT AREA OF THE RADIATOR. I KNOW I'M OVER THE REGULAR 3YEAR/36,000 MILE WARRANTY, BUT THE DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY IS STILL VALID. FORD WILL NOT COVER IT. RADIATOR SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE REPLACED AT THIS AGE OF THE VEHICLE. ISN'T RADIATOR PART OF ENGINE/DRIVE TRAIN? I UNDERSTAND THIS IS AN ON GOING PROBLEM WITH THESE TRUCKS. FORD SHOULD AT LEAST PAY FOR PARTS. THANK YOU!

WITHIN 60 SECONDS OF THE MESSAGE "CLEANING EXHAUST FILTER", THE 6.7L ENGINE BEGINS TO LOOSE POWER, VIBRATING, AND MAKING VERY LOUD CLANGING NOISES. ALL WHILE DRIVING AT 60-70 MPH, CAUSING A HUGE DECELERATION, DOWN TO 45 MPH IF GOING UP AN INCLINE, DUE TO LOSE OF POWER. THIS STARTED AT 7,000 MILES AND HAPPENS AT LEAST 1 PER TANK OF FUEL.

EXHAUST CLEANING CYCLE CAUSES EXTREMELY ROUGH RUNNING CONDITIONS. SEVERE ENGINE KNOCKING SEEMS AS THOUGH A PISTON WILL FLY THROUGH THE HOOD SOON. SIGNIFICANT LOSS OF POWER AT ANY SPEED DURING THIS TIME. BRAND NEW TRUCK PURCHASED FROM DEALERSHIP AND THIS HAS HAPPENED FROM PURCHASE POINT ALL THE WAY THROUGH 27500 MILES SO FAR. IN READING I HAVE FOUND THOUSANDS OF OTHERS THAT EXPERIENCED THE EXACT SAME ISSUE.

DURING REGEN CYCLE FOR DIESEL MOTOR, VEHICLE BEGINS TO MAKING A KNOCKING NOISE AND THEN BEGINS TO SHAKE, AND FINALLY GIVE FEELING OF LOSING POWER. BECAUSE OF THIS, FEARFUL THE VEHICLE COULD ENCOUNTER THIS SITUATION AT TIMES WHERE IT COULD POSE GREAT DANGER. THIS OCCURS AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND DRIVING CONDITIONS. ISSUE WAS PREVIOUSLY "ADDRESSED" IN A BULLETIN FROM MANUFACTURER; HOWEVER, THERE IS MORE TO THIS CONDITION. WHAT VEHICLES DON'T IDLE OR DRIVE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS FOR A PERIOD OF TIME OR DON'T MAKE SHORT TRIPS? MOST RECENT OCCURRENCE HAPPENED ON 8/15/16, BUT HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR THE TWO MONTHS-- IS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WORSE IN LEI RATION AND FORCE. HAVE TAKEN TO A DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THEY COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG-- THEY DIDN'T EVEN ACT LIKE THEY KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ISSUE OCCURRING AND THEY DEFINITELY DID NOT MENTION THE PRECIOUS MANUFACTURE BULLETIN TSB 15-0088. HAVE BEGUN TO RESEARCH THIS ISSUE AND IT APPEARS AN UPDATE WAS TO OCCUR IN MARCH 2016, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUES? NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT CLOSELY TO ENSURE IT IS NOT A DESIGN FLAW OR WORSE.
