I took my outlander in on May 6 2026 for routine oil change , tire rotation, basic multi inspection to bruce walters service (same company i bought it from new 15 months ago). Inspection was flawless with green light on tires, brakes, the works. It had approx 24k miles on it. When I left the dealer that day I noticed A LOT of roaring, slight vibration, worse when I cut wheel left. I called them and they could not inspect the car for 28 days , appt they made was june 2nd 2026. This only started when they rotated tires. At my appt yesterday, June 2nd, 2026 they charged me 150 diagnostic and said I need 4 new tires even though my tread was awesome. 25k miles on it by the time of this appt. I've owned it year and half. The tire walls are bad but green light on tread..all 4 tires. The mitsubishi lot said that shouldn't happen and sane companies service dept should have done something. But no, they are wanting me to pay almost 1k for new tires, a 25k mile brand new car should not need tires. Service dept blames brand of tires. They did not check, to my knowledge, suspension or shocks etc. Something caused a new car to do this or faulty tires , all 4 , not just 1 or 2.

I have Goodyear tires Eagle LS P225 55R18, three of them that the tread is separating on all of them. The TIN for all three of them is 4921, the second week of December, 2021. All three of the tires have cracks on the inside of the tread and the car is lurching side to side while driving down the road. This is a severe condition and all the tires need to be replaced. Most likely the tires were either bought in New York or Washington state. My name is [XXX] , my phone number is [XXX] and I live in Santa Rosa California. This condition has been confirmed by my mechanic and two tire stores. If you would like further evidence of cracking between the treads or possibly separation evidence when the tires are off the car, please let me know. I must have them replaced ASAP. Excess play with front axles, manufacture defect improperly torqued axles, under or no grease for axles. Loud clunk noise when braking, rotors and brakes were replaced noise still exists, dealership claims it was the rotors and brakes from harsh driving which is false. Issues with axle, premature wear of front and rear rotors and brakes caused by front axles and suspension failure & defects dealership is refusing to honor warranty.

My tire went flat, went to pull over and when my tire went blow , the driver seat airbag came out that’s not right because it’s no wreck no accident no nothing. I just don’t understand what could’ve went wrong with just a tire going flat on the passenger sideand then the driver seat airbag went off no collision no damage no nothing to vehicle my screen go out in the car I lose power when driving it’ll just lose power and now you have to pull over and turn the car off and start it back up. I have taken it in one time before they changed the battery since the battery is not the battery is something electrical.

I was driving and my car brakes suddenly then all of the lights came on and the vehicle shut down. Once I got the vehicle back started the malfunction light stayed on and is still on and it says to contact your nearest dealer in which I did and was told I would receive a callback and I am still waiting on the call. I had a bent right control arm, this was replaced in the dealership with out of pocket payment on February 12th 2024, same issue above reoccurred and the dealership is asking for the same sum to be paid out of pocket. Mitsubishi motors customer complain refused to assist that I had an accident with the car. I believe this is a defect because, I never had any accident, As of now, the right control arm got broke on the street without any impact… kindly look into this. Thank you

My left front passenger wheel low tire warning keeps going on and off saying the tire has low air. I have been to the cherry hill Mitsubishi dealer had it check they stated the tire was fine. I am putting air in this one tire every three to four days. Now the air will stay in the tire for 3 to 4 days then it goes back to saying low air pressure. If the dealership tells me the tire is fine nothing is wrong clearly something is wrong with this ONE tire.

2022 Mitsubishi Outlander under 34000 miles. Front wheel bearings gave out. Mitsubishi services stated they are defective and Nissan parts. They replaced them under warranty. All 4 manufacture tires are worn out at 34000 miles. Had another computer issue. ABS Warning came on while driving. Took took Mitsubishi service, they stated a module had to be exchanged. Again car is fairly new. Under 34000 miles.

Nothing but issues with the safety of this vehicle since I purchased it. Hood flutters while driving. Backup camera stops working. Audio stops working. Front end collision sensors constantly say they're blocked and can't function even when the car is clean amd its sunny outside. The dealership says they can't ever reproduce any of the issues when I take it in. They did replace the hood but it still seems to flutter a bit when driving above 50 mph. All 4 tires have severe edgewear and the vehicle doesn't even have 17000 miles on it. I have had nothing but issue after issue with this vehicle since purchasing it in May of 2022.

I purchased this vehicle in March, 2022. As of January 23, 2023, this vehicle has 15,700 miles. I first noticed a problem approximately four months ago. Whenever I go over a dirt road, it feels like the back end of my vehicle is flailing out of control, as if there is nothing to hold it to the road. Because I very rarely travel a dirt road, I just figured this is how this vehicle handles, and I will just need to get used to it. Then I noticed when I would hit certain bumps or uneven spots in the road, I would rock back and forth. Again, just figured it was something I would have to get used to. I had already noticed that it hydroplaned worse than any vehicle I had ever driven, but blamed it on the type of tire which it had, and became hyper aware of any water on the roads. Even the tiniest puddle. Then winter arrived!!!! I am absolutely terrified of this vehicle on any kind of snow covered road, even if the road is barely dusted with snow. I constantly feel like I am going out of control. Whenever I have to cross a bridge in freezing weather, it literally feels as if I am actually sliding on ice the entire way across, no matter how short the bridge is. Driving in snow almost feels like you are trying to drive with a flat tire. You can not drive this car over 40mph on any road condition other than dry. In every instance I have mentioned, I feel like I have control over the steering and front tires, but nothing at all behind the front seats. Just recently, on January 22,2022, I noticed my one back tire is completely bald, and the other rear tire is not much better. I had never really looked at the tires, because, why would I on a nine months old vehicle with 15,000 miles?? I immediately, the next day took it to my Mitsubishi dealer. We were there for an hour and a half. They could find nothing. I was shocked when I looked closer at my paper work after getting home. It stated right on there that excessive wear on the rr tire has been a common issue on these vehicles.

I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM WITH THIS CAR. You cannot use the review camera as the screen goes black or freezes. You cannot put the visor down as you will not be able to see out the windshield. If you go to push the gas the car stutters and sometimes shuts off completely. I bought my car brand new with 200 miles on it and after 6 months of driving it they told me my tires needed to be replaced because they were dangerous. After taking it into the dealership several times I was told that's just how the car is. The first chance I get I am trading this car and getting something else, and I will never purchase from them again. They have NO PRIDE in their cars at all and it will end up getting someone killed.

The contact owns a 2022 Mitsubishi OUTLANDER. The contact stated while attempting to drive from a complete stop, the front passenger’s side tire began to spin but the front driver’s side did not engage, which resulted in a grinding sound coming from the driver’s side wheel well. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed with needing a bearing replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
