I bought this car used from Honda Dealership. It had 84,000 mileage on it and since then. The headlights are so dim and I can’t see you have to drive with high beam on every time I go at night I’ve changed almost we like 56 different types light bulb, but still nothing still worst. If I used one for the manufacturer one it’s nothing it’s literally dark outside. I can’t see nothing and another problem is as the ball joint since I bought it I took it from my first oil change when they did the inspection on the car they told me one of my passenger side ball joint was loose but that time I didn’t have money to repair it because it was almost $5000 they said and I was like I don’t have the money. I’m a college student so and recently my car wheel is to the left side more. Something if there’s anything I can do is there anything y’all can do to help cause I don’t want to get in an accident because of that thing.

On multiple occasions, the climate control system cuts out causing no defrost, the wipers stop working, and while driving the rear brake line failed which almost caused an accident. Ford stated it was outside of the warranty however the vehicle is driven only on streets and seems like a strange failure.

VISIBILITY:SUN/MOON ROOF ASSEMBLY

Moon roof glass cracked on its own, looks like a spider web. Afraid that glass cracks will continue to grow and begin leaking or worse chip off shards that could possibly cut skin. Has not been inspected by dealer, police, manufacturer or insurance. No warning lights or any other symptoms or indications - simply opened the roof cover one day & discovered the cracked glass. The moon roof electrical slide functions properly, it’s just the glass that is the issue.

FRST NOTICED IN NOVEMBER THE CAR WOULD NOT GENERATE HEAT WHILE AT IDLE. THIS PREVENTED DEFROSTING OF WINDSHIELD. NOTICED HEAT WOULD RETURN AT HIGHER REVS, BUT THIS ALSO DECREASED. NOTICED FLUID LEVEL WAS LOW ADDED ANTIFREEZE AND HEAT RETURNED SOMEWHAT BUT NOT AT IDLE. CAR HAS 36,200 MILES, JUST OFF WARRANTY. THIS IS AN OBVIOUS SAFETY HAZARD SINCE DRIVINGIN WINTER REQUIRES A FUNCTIONING DEFROSTER. LOCAL MECHANIC NOTED THAT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FOR MISFIRE OF CYLINDER #1 INDICATED A HEAD GASKET LEAK WHICH WAS WHERE MY COOLANT WAS DISAPPEARING. THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF OUTWARD LEAKS, OR A ODER OF COOLANT IN THE CABIN FROM THE HEAT CORE. IT IS NOW JANUARY, AND I CANNOT DRIVE THE CAR DUE TO LACK OF HEAT AND RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE. EMAILED MY DEALER, BUT AS OF YET NO RESPONSE.

WENT TO WASH MY 2017 FORD EDGE CAR TWO WEEKS AGO IN MY DRIVEWAY AND NOTICE THE PANORAMIC ROOF GLASS HAD WAVY CRACKS IN IT. NO CHIPS OR LEAKS JUST A WAVY CRACK THAT CAN BE FELT FROM THE EXTERIOR. RESERCHED THIS ISSUE AND FOUND IT TO BE COMMON IN EDGES FROM 2014 AND UP TO THE POINT THAT THERE WAS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST FORD FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING THAT WAS DROPPED IN 2016. I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S A STRESS FRACTURE OR DUE TO THE HEAT. ETHIER WAY I AM CONCERNED THE GLASS IS GOING TO FAIL EVEN MORE. THERE ARE ACCOUNTS WHERE THESE ROOFS HAVE EXPLODED WHILE DRIVING ALSO.

THE SUN VISOR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FELL OUT OF THE HEADLINER ON THE MOUNTING SIDE THE FIRST TIME WE PUT IT DOWN--IT HUNG DOWN ABOUT TWO INCHES. TODAY UNDER RAPID ACCELERATION THE OTHER SIDE CAME OUT OF IT;S CLIP FASTENER AND THE WHOLE UNIT FELL DOWN ABOUT TEN INCHES IN FRONT OF MY WIFE FACE. IT ALSO APPEARS THAT THE DRIVERS SIDE VISOR HAD ALREADY BEEN REPAIRED AS THERE ARE DIRTY SMUDGES ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE VISOR. THERE WAS ALSO AN EDGE--2017--ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR THAT HAD THE DRIVERS SIDE VISOR HANGING DOWN A COUPLE OF INCHES DUE TO A FAULTY FASTENER.. WE SAW A TOTAL OF THREE EDGE'S INCLUDING THE ONE WE PURCHASED AND THREE OF THE SIX VISORS HAD THE SAME ISSUE. IFS A DRIVERS SIDE VISOR CAME DOWN THE WAY OUR PASSENGER SIDE VISOR DID TODAY THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE OF IT CREATING AN ACCIDENT. I AM FINALLY HAVING MINE REPAIRED TOMORROW AFTER WAITING TWO WEEKS. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH TWO SERVICE DEPARTMENTS WHO CHECKED SERVICE BULLETINS AND THEY SAID THERE HAD BEEN NO REPORTED ISSUES BUT OBVIOUSLY THERE IS. ALSO SPOKE WITH FORD MOTOR COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT THE SAME STORY. I HAVE PICTURES BUT DUE TO BEING INCOMPETENT WITH USING A COMPUTER AND IPHONE I CANNOT GET THE PICTURES TO THIS DOCUMENT. IF YOU SEND ME AN EMAIL I CAN ATTACH THE PHOTOS TO A REPLY.
