FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
The ABS brake module failed approximately 11 months ago. John Jones Chrysler confirmed this as the problem, and ordered a new part. Dash brake light, traction control light, and ABS light are lit on dash panel. Also cruise control quit working, because of this module. The dealer refunded my money saying parts to repair are unavailable. I’m assuming a failed ABS module is a definite safety problem. This seems to be a common problem with these vehicles.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a serious safety and service issue with my 2015 Dodge Ram, which has only 45,000 original miles. I recently took the vehicle to an authorized Dodge dealership after multiple dashboard alerts appeared, including: ABS Light On, Brake Light On, “Service Trailer Light,” “Service Antilock Brake System”, Service Electronic Braking”, “Service Trailer Brake System” The dealership diagnosed the problem as a faulty ABS Module. I was informed that the part would cost approximately $1,400, plus the cost of ordering the part, and that the part may take up to four (4) years or more to arrive—if it ever becomes available at all. I contacted multiple Dodge dealerships and received the same response regarding the extreme delay and unavailability of the ABS Module. I was also told that the vehicle is unsafe to drive in its current condition. This is especially concerning, as this is my only vehicle, and I cannot use it due to the safety risks. Despite this, Dodge customer service informed me that no assistance can be provided unless I first pay for and order the part, even though the part may not arrive for years. Additionally, the dealership is unwilling to buy back the vehicle at a reasonable price due to the unresolved ABS issue, leaving me without a safe, drivable vehicle and without support or alternatives. I have confirmed that there is no recall listed for this issue, yet the ABS Module is a critical safety component, and the lack of part availability for years is unacceptable for a loyal customer who has maintained the vehicle properly and driven it minimally. I am respectfully requesting that Dodge Corporate provide A clear explanation for the extreme parts delay, A prompt solution—such as expedited part sourcing, coverage or assistance with repairs, or a reasonable buyback/exchange option, Guidance on how Dodge intends to support customers facing major safety issues caused by unavailable parts.

My 2015 ram ecodiesel is getting a brake light for ABS, traction control, emergency brake all not working. Dealership wants $4000 to fix it with a part that’s back ordered 2yr. I’m having a hard time understanding if so many people online are having this issue why it’s not a SAFETY RECALL. The stock part failed at no fault of the customers.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
The ABS went out on my truck 3 years ago and Ram/Mopar quit making the part. I am stuck with a $50,000 rock because their part has first been on back order and now no longer manufactured. My truck was 7 years old when this started. I cannot afford to go buy a new truck! I could find a used one and maybe get it flashed but people are charging $800 for a used part and no guarantee that it can be flashed to work in my truck, because Ram decided to make everything proprietary. I really don’t trust the rebuilt ones from China. This is a really bad situation and really should be illegal. I have read online many people that are having the same issue as myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter. [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Courtesy jeep dodge ram on Adamo dr in Florida does not have parts for recalls. They say they are forever back ordered. the ABS Control module which THEY advised is recalled on this vehicle but WILL FORVER BE OUT OF STOCK, so what I’m going to ride around with no ABS? Very upsetting. Paid them 56k for this vehicle originally and they can’t honor recalls. They tell you, just buy a new vehicle. Seems fishy.

2015 Ram 1500 Laramie, 2x4, 5.7L, 60693K miles. The ABS, Traction Control, Trailer Breaking lights are on and off since roughly 51K miles also impacting Adaptive Cruise Control making them all inoperable, even though the truck is still able to be drive, albeit unsafely. I took it to my local repair shop and O'Reilly parts and was told the ABS Controle Module, part number 68228991AD was identified as bad (C2200-49 and in need of replacing at approximately $2000 and that the part is on indefinite backorder. I tried to locate the part on my own and there is in fact a nationwide backorder. After further investigation, I found multiple owners on Ram forums either having or have had the same problems. On one parts website, I found this message regarding the part: PART ON HOLD UNTIL ENGINEERING REVIEW IS COMPLETE, EXP - MAR 20TH, 2025.

My vehicle has a malfunction ABS module and is causing error codes. The OEM Mopar part 68228991AD has been discontinued for years. Getting a replacement has become impossible. I have called the company and they said they are looking into the issue. This has been going on for a very long time. Mopar needs to either sell the item, or issue a recall, if the item is faulty. My ABS is a risk and cause an accident in bad weather. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY REPLACEMENT PART so I can safely drive my truck.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
Truck dashboard is showing warning/hazard lamps for Automatic Braking (ABS), Emergency Breaking, and trailer breaking. The cruise control is also not working. Error code C2200 is registered. I've taken it to a RAM dealer and Firestone. Both say that the ABS module (68228991AB) needs to be replaced, but parts are not available. This problem was initially identified May 2024. I call every month to see if the part are available and they say to call back next month. RAM Trucks (aka Stellantis) instructed all dealers and parts suppliers to return all new versions of the part.

I have no Anti Lock Braking & Sway /Stability Control Light is on and I have No Stability nor anti sway control. This disrupts the Cruise Control from working. It has been confirmed by a local trusted mechanic shop. The Warning Lights have been on since June 2024. This is dangerous especially in rain and wet conditions. The truck has no traction control and fish tails at the slightest turn during acceleration.

Upon startup the vehicle routinely fails to load the infotainment/center console. This failure prevents the operator from seeing the rear view camera. Nothing in the console comes online for several minutes and other times it loads just fine. It has occured on my truck more than 50 different times.

ABS control unit and ABS pump failure, repaired and more failures. Repair is to keep buying new expensive parts that will fail again. GET ON IT. HOW MANY FAILURES DO YOU NEED TO SEE?

LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST
Dear Sir or Madame, The purpose of the communication calls into question New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Interstate commerce, The Public Safety and US Constitutional Law. On 3/31/2023, [XXX](me) was traveling on New Jersey Turnpike. Tickets are issued at the entrance terminal (for CASH commerce) and drivers pay tollbooth attendants at exits by either CASH or EZ PASS (transponders). At Exit 2, on New Jersey Turnpike, a Tollbooth Attendant was absent, 3/31/2023 at 0434. The fee from the entrance terminal, on the New Jersey Turnpike, to exit 2, on the New Jersey Turnpike, is $2.05. I stopped and waited for tollbooth attendant at exit 2 on NJTP. I proceeded on route for my own safety and that of my own property, including a newly-purchased light utility vehicle registered in a different state other than NJ, assuming the obstruction was construction because safety cones diverted traffic in one of the 2 outgoing lanes (the EZ PASS lane, not the CASH lane). I received letter from New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTPA) headed FINAL NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT ACTION on 5/25/2023 for $82.50. Parallel construction is a law enforcement process of building a parallel, or separate, evidentiary basis for a criminal investigation in order to conceal how an investigation actually began. In the US, a particular form is called evidence laundering, where one police officer (or NJTPA) obtains evidence via means that are in violation of the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, and then passes it on to another officer or agency, who builds on it and gets it accepted by other courts under good-faith exceptions as applied by the second officer, or agency in question. Exhausting evidence laundering gained momentum in the Supreme Court: 2009 ([XXX] v. United States). The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States NJTPA evidence consists of a motion detection picture which alerts NJTPA to EZ PASS commerce without EZ INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
I HAVE HAD TWO PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE. THE FIRST IS THAT THE CRUISE CONTROL INTERMEDIATELY WORKS AND THEN DOESN'T AT TIMES. THE SECOND, IS THAT THE POWER STEERING INTERMEDIATELY WORKS AND THEN SUDDENLY WILL GO OUT IN MIDDLE OF A TURN. I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL MECHANIC AND HE HOOKED HIS SCANNER TO IT AND ALTHOUGH THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ON, HE RESET THE COMPUTER IN THE VEHICLE. THIS ACTION WORKED FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR AND THE THEN THE ISSUE WITH THE POWER STEERING RETURNED. I'VE LOOKED UP RECALLS ON BOTH THESE ISSUES AND HAVE NOTICED THERE ARE RECALLS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE PROBLEMS WITH RAM 1500, HOWEVER MINE IS NOT LISTED. I BELIEVE THEY NEED TO BROADEN THEIR RECALL ACTIONS BEFORE SOMEONE LOOSES THEIR LIFE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURE.
