The contact stated that while reversing out of the garage, the powered front driver's seat suddenly began to move backwards, and the contact was unable to reach the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. The powered seat then moved forward, causing the seat belt to tighten around the waist of the driver. The contact was able to put the vehicle in park and stopped the vehicle. During the failure, no injuries were reported. Also, the contact indicated that previously, while driving at an undisclosed speed, a message was displayed that the vehicle was driving the wrong way. I had a flat tire with 1000 miles on the vehicle. I lowered the spare tire and retrieved the jack from the trunk. I placed the jack under the proper spot on the vehicle. I raised the jack and the threaded rod on the jack bent. When this happened I could no longer raise or lower the vehicle.I called AAA and they came out to replace the tire. At this point the jack is useless and Hyundai said it is a Courtesy that I have the Jack
